Though we highly recommend you try Cuddle for 90 days to see the best results, If you have tried Cuddle and don’t experience improved sleep after a month, or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your first monthly subscription order. We will issue a refund for the full cost of the product—minus shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked. There is no need to return the product.
To request a refund, simply contact us via our Contact Form within 90 days of receiving your first subscription order, and our customer care team will assist you :)
Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process.
Please note that refund requests made outside of the 90-day period cannot be processed, and no credit will be offered.
Refunds are only available for your first subscription order and not for any subsequent refills (on any ongoing refill plan), even if these are billed, paid, or shipped during the 30-day period mentioned above. For subsequent shipments, you may cancel or reschedule your subscription at any time through your Account. Subscriptions that are canceled and later reactivated are not eligible for a refund.
One-time Purchase Customers
If you no longer need the product, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase for first-time customers. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened products for one time purchase customers.
Eligible returns must be:
- Unused & unaltered
- In the original packaging
- Returned with product tags intact
- Returned with original paperwork or invoice
